  6. What brand of storebought corn tortillas are you using? I have not found one that was not produced on lines dusted with wheat or on the same lines as the flour tortillas were made. I have tried using a tortilla maker, but cannot get the dough correct to make them come out right.
  7. Try the pizza crust again using some of the bean flours in it. It will hold together much better. We use the version in Bette Hagman's books. I find it works best when I bake the crust a little before putting the toppings onto it.   19. Don't remember where I read it, but I did read somewhere that wheat is an additive in milks sold in certain parts of the country. If I remember which site I read it on, I'll message back. I know that in the southern state of Georgia our milk is just that...milk.
  20. By the way, to the one who asked due to a soy intolerance, we just use half butter and half light olive oil. It provides the mouth feel and tastes good without the strong taste of the EV olive oil.
