  10. I'll second RiceGuy. Include in your list of soy foods: mono-and-di-glycerides. Also, depending on how sensitive you are: mixed tocopheryls and vitamin E (a preservative typically derived from soy, though it could be from wheat (rarely, if ever I've found), or synthetic). Merika

  20. Ds will have pee accidents within hours of ingesting soy, which he is also allergic to. it's the first symptom of many including behavior after ingesting the stuff. he's been potty trained for 4 years now and it can still happen. merika
  21. It is true that the FDA ruled that soy oil and lecithin - any item that the protein has been removed from - does not have to be listed on ingredients as an allergen.
