  5. Does anyone know if Hidden Valley Ranch made from the mix you buy in a packet gluten-free? I had it for lunch today at a restaurant without even thinking. I know they make it from the dry mix with buttermilk and mayo.
  6. This is good news, I keep thinking this is too good to be true. I'm hoping it doesn't come back. It is neurological so it would make sense that it could improve. I am also taking B12 in hopes that will help too.
  7. My daughter worked at our local McD's and she said the fryer for fries was only used for fries. They have a seperate one for everything else.

  10. Time to cut your ties with MIL sometimes you just can't get along with people, MIL or not. If your husband wants to see her he can go visit. Your marriage comes first! She is just trying to get you to leave! Don't try to please her just tell her until she can shut up and be nice she's not to come around! Plain and simple!

  21. "Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity is an immune response to gluten that can happen to anyone. This type of response is not inherited like Celiac Disease. Rather, it involves a normal response to the abnormal appearance of gluten in the body." I found this on another website and I am wondering if this is true. I thought gluten sensitivity was inherited?

However, she doesn't use enterolab for testing and she had my boys tested and they came back negative and going with symptoms I am sure they have at least gluten sensitivity.
