  1. Janie, Thanks for the tips! Yes, I live with a gluten hubby. lol. So glad you are pain free, gives me hope! Nice to know that others know what this pain is like. And they healed! Don't Panic, Thanks for sharing with me that your pain left you as well, hoping I follow the same trail! Yes, the fake heart attacks prior to diagnoses have sent me to the...
  2. Thanks so much for letting me know you have suffered from this too!! 10 years- Eek! That rocks that it went away. Gives me hope. My pain has gotten a little better- about 25%, but it's still a part of my every breathe. Driving me bonkers. I definitely think I have quite a few other intolerance's that seem to increase the chest pain: oils, dairy, soy...
  3. Hello amazing community! I've had Costochondritis/pressure in my chest/burning in chest for 3 1/2 years. It hurts to breathe, lift anything, laugh, cough etc. Boooo. After 75 doctors, I finally began to keep a detailed journal and realized that my pain peaked after eating oils, fried foods, breads, diet sodas, meats, anything with fiber,etc..., and...
  4. Hello amazing community! I am 7 weeks gluten free and Celiac Positive. Today I tried Tree of Life Almond Butter and my nose starting running, the head started getting stuffy, and my chest pain started to get worse (my main symptom of Celiac has been severe chest pain/costochondritis for 3 1/2 year- OUCH). Has anyone else had a reaction to Almond...
  5. Mine is gone as long as I stay on all my vitamins, the B-12 helps the most. 7 weeks gluten free...
  6. I have cosotchondritis (chest pain). I was just diagnosed with Celiac as well 2 weeks ago. I have the nerve pain in my hands, arms, and right rib cage and fatigue as well. Booo. I'm learning that when I take B12 vitamins, the pain is far less and I'm less fatigued. I was taking 1500 mcg of B-12's and changed my daily vitamins brand last week and my pain...
  7. I too am just figuring out that I'm reacting to all grains as well- had a TERRIBLE reaction to brown rice cakes last night. Booo!! Thankful to have found all of your responses on this matter!
  8. I get leg/hand pain/numbness if I don't take all my vitamins/minerals/calcium/and EFA's. I'm newly diagnosed Celaic, gluten-free for 7 weeks, and pain the in my hands/feet is getting less and less as I move forward and take the supplements. For me it has all been Celiac related. Hope you get to feeling better so soon!
  9. ..hmmm..I don't think my other reply posted..I'm still learning this gig as new Celiac and member of this site. I have had these exact same symptoms. Turns out the stabbing and pain in my right abdomen/side is a symptom of a UTI! It's the only symptom I get when I have this kind of infection. So weird. So I use gluten free D-Mannose and cranactin from...
  10. I'm so sorry to hear of your pain!! I have had the EXACT same issues before, I'm a Celiac as well. Do you have sharp stabbing pains in your right side as well as the lower abdomen? I get these pains REALLY bad when I have a UTI that can go into the kidneys. SOOOO weird, but I don't have other symptoms of a UTI, just the feeling terrible and the pain in...
