  2. I would love to have some menus. I do exercise 2-3 days a week. I plan on doing more, but I just can't get over how much weight I am gaining. 17 lbs since May.... URGH.... I am now trying to dramatically reduce my portion sizes. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Kim
  3. If you want gluten-free Bread that is totally awesome and tastes just like real bread, Get "Udi". It is so good. It is gluten free, dairy free, and absolutely good to make a sandwich or toasted.   4. I am also newly diagnosed with Celiac the end of May and I have also gained weight. I talked to a dietician and my doctor and they both said it is very normal for people with Celiac Disease to gain weight after going on a gluten free diet. The reason is because our bodies were not absorbing nutrients in the past and we had to eat so much to get our bodies...

  8. I LOVE UDI bread. The first time I had it, I toasted it and put homemade strawberry jelly on it, OMG, I almost cried because it tastes just like real bread!!! YUM

  12. I am in the US and have started the journal again. I also have dramatically reduced my portion sizes and that seems to help too.
  13. This was my first endo, they never tested me because my bloodwork for the celiac test was extremely high. They told me that 2 of the tests would report a high score of between 8 and 14 to test high for celiac, and mine were both over 100, and the 3rd test was high around 400 and I was over 520. Because they results were so high they didn't do a colonscopy...
  14. Is there a certain brand of ice cream that doesn't make your tummy upset? I think ice cream does the same thing to me and I absolutely love ice cream:o(

  16. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 2 months ago. I immediately went on a gluten-free diet. I got all sorts of information, met with a dietician and have not cheated once. I just had an endoscope and was told that I still have traces of gluten, and that my villi are atrophy (flattened) still and that after 2 months on the diet they should have started...
