  4. Every list I read is different I'm so confused. Is chicken ok to eat, same with Oats ? Is there a list somewhere I could go off that really makes this gluten free diet a little easier ? I've been eating alot of chicken and fresh vegies, then told Chicken has gluten in it, so I need to look for Gluten free chicken................. conflicting...

SaraKat my main pain area is my rib cage, mostly the left side but I feel like Im being squeezed to death, 6 years of mulitple exams/tests etc and Doctors can't work out why Im in so much pain, so hearing about your rib pain has given me some hope Im on week two although I've alot to learn about what I can eat (still eating lots of OAT products.   7. I'm not a confirmed Celiac patient (long long story) but I have just started the gluten free diet last week. I'm wondering from those of you who have been diagnosed and are now on a gluten free diet what can I expect ?? If you can remember your first few weeks gluten free ?   8. I'm about 2 hours south of Sydney. Im finding some labels confusing, some gluten free, some wheat free and don't realise until I get home and hubby reads the labels they still have either rye or barley so I have to get educated Love to know what brands to look out for Cheers Samantha mostly shop at
  9. Isn't the best way to stop Candida infection by eliminating sugar in the diet ? Would be a very hard diet for me the withdrawals I can't imagine ..............
  10. I've also developed Vertigo the past two years I wonder if gluten is the answer ?? I'll keep you posted and see in maybe 6 months time if it's made any difference. Good luck at the Doctors Sammy

  12. I've had it for over 4 years with no reason why. It's extremely painful. I hope you find the answers because I know the pain you go through. I'm hoping going gluten free helps with the inflammation.
  13. For those of you who gave up sugar because of this can you give me some tips please?? I don't know if I can do it but I'd love to give up sugar to see if it helps my health problems, I tested positive to Candida and told too much sugar is the cause. I LOVE sugar

  15. I haven't had any testing done in years, once back in 2005 which was negative.   18. I'm not 100% sure but I've been told Thyroid problems can cause night sweats. I get them too and day sweats (dreadful things, not looking forward to summer this year) and I have a goitre, yet thyroid function blood tests always normal for me Maybe ask for thyroid testing? Samantha
