No really, did you have a reaction to the crumbs? Invite the people/ your mother/ family members into the bathroom and show them what is inside the toilet. Let them see and smell...

  5. WELCOME DAN! This is a wonderful place to get help. There are a lot of loving helpful people here. You are in the right place. Find out what else you are intolerant of, get tested. and then avoid them, but ROTATING your diet is a big important step so you will not develop (so fast) secondary food intolerance/allergies. You see [we all do] as time passes...

  10. Have you called your toothpaste and mouthwash companies to find out if their products contain gluten, corn soy or anything you know you are intolerant of? I was shocked the other day to find out that Arm & Hammer Baking Soda toothpaste has gluten in it.

  12. Don't put anything in your mouth or on your body you haven't researched and know what every ingredient means. And then you have to watch out that it hasn't been cross contaminated with something else. Goodluck - be well!
  13. B-12 shots are helpful. I have just learned how to give myself a shot every week. I fell a lot better the very next day.
