I use glass baking dishes, and everything even bowls. Stainless pots & pans and everything else. nOthing plastic... But question the dishwasher does it really getting everything? When daddyO is here in the winter time and he's got crumbs and unsafe food particles everywhere I wonder, then when I see them them again at the bottom of the dishwasher... -

floridanative -- You are right-on tell them about the clients they are loosing. The more each one of us write and request this information the more they will see the market they are loosing. I got the same sort of email from Revlon, L'oreal> And Maybelline told me to get a magnify glass and International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary and look for myself... -

I'm going through the same thing. I have found they have corn in them or the dyes are cross contaminated with gluten. Or at leas the ones I have tried. You might call the companies that make ARMOR THYROID or another called NATURE THYOID. One is from pork, and the other one had corn, if my memory is right. Compounding RX is the only way to go ....and this... -

I have dinner for breakfast. It helped me [keep] weight on. The chiropractor (the only doc I trust with degrees in nutrition) has me eating my largest meal in the a.m. and I eat at least 3 times a day and snack in between. I'm a celiac that has secondary food allergies... I have baked chicken, carrots and zuccini. Then a piece of fruit. Or a burger... -

Thank you debmidge! I always learn a lot from you. I think thats what I'm going to start calling myself too a "Glutenfree extremist" and proud of it! Thank you ladies for creating this thread. I want to keep this alive... Today I'm looking for a safe liquid foundation to wear. Any ideas? I need to throw out what I have and start new. -
