    I think Rob did do receipt return. If the appeal gets turned down I'm sure we'll go to the office (or maybe see a lawyer). It was on retirement money we withdrew for DS' tuition.     It should be all right. Just a headache. We took retirement money (oy vey) to pay for some of Tony's tuition this year. There shouldn't be a penalty when it's for college.
