I'm headed into my 5th month since going gluten free now. It seems like the past few weeks every single time I eat something I feel bloated afterward. Was there corn involved with either of those? I've been doing much better since getting rid of major corn-based items like corn tortillas even. I seem to do okay with a few gluten-free corn tortilla chips in a small quantity. I don't cook much either since it's usually just me around the house. I know how you feel. It will get easier.

Go with the Slow Fe or the generic version that's comparable to it. My Kroger grocery store carries a version of slow absorption Iron that doesn't bother my stomach at all.
