  7. To find out if it is lactose intolerance or casein sensitivity, take a lactaid pill (digestive enzymes) with the next dairy product you eat. If you still have problems, even with the enzymes, it's probably a casein allergy. Also you could get a blood test.
  8. I have had many of the same symptoms as you! In July I had a blood test and my results were negative for Celiac Disease. But I continued to feel worse and worse so I had an endoscopy done which showed I did have Celiac Disease and had very extensive damage, so the blood test results were wrong.
