  1. When I look at your signature, are you saying that you're a Vegan? If I'm wrong, let me know. If you are indeed a vegan, I would like to see how you are getting your protein (beans, tofu, whey powder???) and how many grams per day. If you have a severe lack of protein in your daily diet, you could be losing fat AND muscle. And that could be the culprit...
  2. I will admit that I am a bit biased on this, but it truly makes sense. I used to be a senior executive at the nation's second largest All Natural/Organic frozen foods company. With that said, make sure that you choose FROZEN organic fruits and vegetables in addition to fresh. They have a tendency to be more affordable than fresh, and you just open as needed...

Why? 1) They are already sealed and can easily be placed into your briefcase or back pack and then into the refrigerator at work. Without a worry about leaking!...
