We use Peter Gillham's CALM magnesium and calcium drink. No problem with leg cramps any more, also helps reduce blood pressure, and is calming to help sleep. Soy caused leg cramps and we avoid soy like the plague for many reasons.

Might want to read the previous post. Casein in milk can cause the same headaches as gluten. My wife continued to have headaches until off of casein as well. Don't take the headaches too lightly, her's ended up in frontal lobe dementia.

In order to keep the intestines in good condition, my impression is one should take appropriate enzymes and probiotics for life. More during the healing period, and then a maintenance amount later. And we eat less fermented food than other societies and the bad intestinal flora overwhelm the good.
