    I was told when I called that because they out source some of the ingredients they couldn't say it was gluten-free. They did tell me the salt free version was gluten-free and even sent me a few small samples.

    I am not very familiar with the testing after diagnosis but my dr called today and said my levels for my TG were 2 and m Iga was 95, can anyone interpret this for me? I am asymptomatic celiac so I requested these tests to see if my levels had dropped and initially my tTg was 43 so I know that is a good sign but I am not sure how to interpret the Iga or...

    I personally hae heard the exact opposite. i googled c section & celiac & the research shows a higher incidence of celiac WITH a c section because the baby doesn't pass through the natural flora of the mother. definitely research that before you so what that nurse told me to do

    I too thought it was a great response, he gave me a lot of options and it he was very thorough!! I did eat there tonight and it was great!     I don't understand why PF Changs has to use tofu with gluten/wheat in it...if they try so hard to offer gluten-free items why not switch over toGF soy sauce and gluten-free tofu and not worry about having to stock 2 items or worry if someone gets it by accident....it would also allow more items for people that already have a limited selection....just my opinion...

    i just bought some Publix Granola Bark and the ingredients don't list any Gluten and I don't get reactions from ingesting wheat or gluten but i am wondering if anyone knows if this granola bark is gluten free.....

    I have asymptomatic celiac....I have only been gluten-free since may 1, 2011 but I accidently bought and ate gluten cookies and have yet to have a reaction. I have had a positive blood test as well as a positive EGD with extensive damage but apparently my only symptoms are anemia and low protein levels.....You don't necessarily have to have symptoms but...

    I have heard that there is an at home DNA "genetic" test that you can order, swab and send off for results and the cost is reasonable......I will try to get the name and post it for you. I have not used it myself but have considered it for my children to rule out celiac....their blood tests were negative at this time but I would like to know if they carry...

    I hve to agree with the above posts, I don't think a colon cleanse is natural and it disrupts what is already trying to neutralize itself, why make it barren and flora free? Just my opinion though

    lovetotravel you sound a lot like me, I too have experienced many miscarraiges (7) and had no idea what my problem was....so grateful for the 2 kids I do have...please tell me more about the test to see how you are progressing with your diet. I was under the impression that repeat August. I agree i don't want to "be sick" but at least it would be an indicator...

    I was diagnosed May 2011 because of low iron and low proteins, I have not really noticed the other symptoms that i have read about (thankfully). My question is if I don't have the symptoms how do I know if I have ingested gluten by mistake? I am careful, try not to eat out a lot, don't share condiments or toaster but I am nervous....I am 45 and my dr says...

    Hi Kim, I too am new to this, diagnosed in May and still have a lot to learn....I know that if you go to walmart or publix online they offer a shopping list of all the gluten free items in their store. Also, Publix has a gluten-free on the shelf label where the price is and that is helpful. I know that eating out is hard, I know I can have a couple of things...

I too am symptom free celiac, except for the anemia and the low protein levels from bloodwork i would never have known i have advanced celiac...Lucky? Maybe but I do look at pizza, cake, a HAMBURGER from a fast food place with a nice soft bun and know I can NEVER have one again and...
