  1. I went Gluten Free about 3 months ago and I have gained weight. I constantly feel hungry. I've heard that many have lost weight. I'm hoping that I get this under control and lose weight as well. Hang in there. That's all we can do.
  2. I'm somewhat new to this forum and was diagnosed with Celiac about 3 months ago. I've been doing everything to comply with a gluten free diet, but I still don't feel significantly better. I'm still having skin issues, neurological issues (hot or tingling sensation in arms/legs, migraines), weight issues, and suffer from either severe constipation or "D"....
  3. I ate at the one in Miami and was sooo impressed with the staff and manager. I would recommend the lettuce chicken wraps, the fried rice with chicken and beef and also the mongolian beef. YUM! I actually wrote to the company to see if they would be coming out with a gluten free line for their frozen groceries meals and they said they've had a lot of requests...

I have been on the gluten free diet since the end of June with tons of minor setback, either cross contamination, accidental gluten consumption, etc etc, however I have SIGNIFICANTLY decreased my gluten intake and try really hard to monitor all that goes into my body. I too still suffer from the swollen belly and I too refer to it with silly names. I'm hoping...
  5. I would go with an allergist first. Had I not visited an allergist in conjuncion with a Gastroenterologist I would have never been diagnosed.

I came across this burger place called 4food in Midtown East that has a ton of gluten free options. My co-worker and I proceeded to order and enjoyed the food.
