    Thanks so much for the info. CC totally makes scense now. I am sort of a germophobe so this part shouldn't be too hard. I think the next step for me is to hire a dietician in order to learn HOW to eat all over again. I'm sure that's the hardest part.

    OH YEAH! I have it from front to back. What's worse is I have a chronic cough (diagnosed as asthma, not so sure now)and a very weak bladder. Imagine peeing on yourself every few minutes and now I'm finding the reason it's so bad down there is because of the PADS!!!!!!! OMG!!!!! It literally hurts to use the bathroom. Can this get any worse? I'm embarrassed...

    Maybe. They say sea salt contains iodine as well as table salt. Doesn't react well with G. Try not to ingeast it.

    Don't forget to avoid fried foods, ie.....FRENCH FRIES! Restaurants are supposed to fry them seperately but when they get real busy thet do what they have to do and that means frying breaded chicken etc. in the grease. I recently read about a boy whose mom was very careful about his diet, but she bought him french fries one day and BAM! His problems came...

    My DH doesn't look like the pictures of it that I have googled. Do they weep when you scratch them and then hurt and still itch while they hurt and you want to scratch but you know it's gonna hurt but you can't control yourself?     I've been misdiagnosed for 27 yrs. Same symptom moving around my body. Doctors throwing steroids and creams at me. I think it's way higher than any of us can imagine. It just has different effects on people. Gluten is a humongous industry. It's in our National Anthem for goodness sake. Can you imagine if the FDA banned it? War would break out!

    OMG!!! I have been suffering from DH since I was a kid. Unfortunately, I didn't know what it was until a couple of years ago. It traveled from one spot on my body to another. Doctor's misdiagnosed me for years and tried to treat the symptoms instead of the root cause. I figured iodine had something to do with it because everytime I ate seafood I would...

    I just read that BlueBell"s standard ice cream flavors among a lot of other flavors are gluten-free. It was one of the first things I looked up.
