Hi Rachel, Please trust this doc and don't lose hope!! They found the infection and he is absolutely right in waiting for the treatment. At least you don't have parasites to treat as well, because you would be on multiple meds..Biohealth reversed 50 out of 50 autoimmune cases in one year, I don't think anyone else has that kind of success. Dr...

ARCHIVED Gluten Intolerence And Thyroid Problems
thomas3000 replied to tiffjake's topic in Related Issues & Disorders
Have you done a stool test for parasitic, bacterial, or fungal infections? I suggest you do so and i'll refer you to a doc in your area if you wish. What about dairy and soy products? Are you still using those? Soy can mess up the thyroid as well. It has been scientifically proven that if you are gluten intolerant you most certainly have infections. ... -
I learned about this by researching..I read as many books I can about root causes of illness with gluten being underlying in MOST of these conditions. The hard part is finding the right doc to diagnose it. As far a pyroluria I read it in the book called "The Mood Cure" by Julia Ross. Unbelieveable book!! I have learned so much from my own research and...

ARCHIVED Gluten Intolerence And Thyroid Problems
thomas3000 replied to tiffjake's topic in Related Issues & Disorders
Don't mess with your thyroid!! In an italian study the autoimmune attack on the thyroid was completely halted on all patients after being on the gluten free diet for 3-6 months. Gluten is the cause and stay away from soy products as well. In most thyroid problems infections are usually found later on after the gut heals and clearing these will provide a... -
Pyroluria is a symptom of malabsorption. Cracking knees is a symptom and I'll run some others by you..It mainly means that your gut is damaged and can't absorb vitamin b6, zinc, and manganese. There are tests to see if there are high pyroles in your urine. But it all starts with gluten. Once the gut heals and you are supplementing this condition will...

Research pyroluria since cracking knees is a main symptom of it. It means you're deficient in zinc, manganese, and something else.

ARCHIVED Caution On Gluten Free Alternatives
thomas3000 replied to thomas3000's topic in Related Issues & Disorders
I know 2 people personally who suffered years and years with depressive/anxiety symptoms. They were treated with guess what??? Antidepressants that didn't work. After the years of suffering they both went through allergy testing, and found yeast allergies and a few others. They cut out the offended food and WHAM! The depression lifted and the anxiety disappeared... -
ARCHIVED Caution On Gluten Free Alternatives

i'm just stating what i learned, that's all...Just trying to help, and I know this info will help many people who suffer with symptoms not related to gluten. Such as yeast, eggs, dairy, and soy. I know that gluten sets people up for these allergies, but further testing is still needed, because if you aren't allergic to eggs, then eating them is crucial... -
ARCHIVED Caution On Gluten Free Alternatives

I'll post it when it is released. I was actually involved with the study so it may be a few months before it's posted on the internet. It was amazing what was found. Conventional medicine won't even accept that gluten causes all these problems. They also found that many celiacs suffer from dysbiosis in the gut which causes more food sensitivities. Probiotics... -
ARCHIVED Caution On Gluten Free Alternatives

A study has just been finished on Celiac and food sensitivities. It's amazing what was found. There are many people who have Celiac or are subclinically gluten intolerant. Up to 50 percent of the population is sensitive to Gluten. WOW! Meaning that they don't have celiac but are still sensitive to the Gliadin protein. Many celiacs still have residual... -

I have recently read a book called Curing food allergies and it's pretty informative. I don't know if you have ever heard of Gerson Therapy. It explains that if you consume 13 glasses of fresh fruit and vegetable juices and make homemade soups with organic ingredients, it will eventually cure lupus and many other illnesses. I believe this. I don't think... -
ARCHIVED Depression And Bipolar.

Obviously the meds aren't working since he has symptoms still. Chasing symptoms is the wrong idea. He needs a doctor to check neurotransmitter, hormone, thyroid, adrenal levels. Meds don't cure anything. Find another doctor who will look for root causes and I know many who will do just that. -

I would find a doc who can test the systems of the body. Where do you live? I'll give you a referral. I would get him off the drugs and take some serotonin boosting nutrients as well as a fish oil supplement..Is your hubby Celtic Irish, or maybe Scandinavian ancestry??? Just curious..He may have food allergies in addition to Gluten/Gliadin.... -
Hello, I was reading your post and it shows the negligence in conventional medicine. Those drugs merely attempt to mask symptoms and don't get to the root of your depression. Tryptophan is the only amino acid that actually makes serotonin. If you don't have a pro-serotonin diet you're fighting a losing battle. My advice to you is to stay completely...

ARCHIVED Vitamins..essential Or Not?
thomas3000 replied to Rachel--24's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
IF your blood pressure is low, I don't think magnesium deficiency is a problem, but who knows. If you have Celiac/anxiety induced high blood pressure, the only thing it could do is help. It's an important mineral that is responsible for 300 different functions in the body. The Standard American Diet doesn't contain near enough magnesium as well as other... -

Check this out!!! coldcure.com/html/dep.html If your depressed or anxious i would try to take some L-tyrosine and L-Tryptophan. They boost the dopamine and serotonin levels and tyrosine produce important adrenal and thyroid hormones. FTH Neutraceuticals has the purest form of L-tryptophan out there, it's expensive but will... -
ARCHIVED Vitamins..essential Or Not?
thomas3000 replied to Rachel--24's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
I have a few books that explain why celiac causes neurlogical/psychological symptoms.. I know for sure that most are deficient in Magnesium. I would honestly suggest going off all calcium supplements and get rid of any calcium in the diet for a year. Replace with magesium only, and eat lots of magnesium rich foods. Check internet for foods that contain... -
ARCHIVED Vitamins..essential Or Not?
thomas3000 replied to Rachel--24's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
The neurological problems can be caused by magnesium deficiency. If you have twitching and burning sensations I would get some magnesium glycinate or taurate. It's the number one deficiency here in America, no wonder why we're sick and depressed all the time. I hate our government and conventional medical community. They're way behind when it comes to... -

ARCHIVED Test Results

Hey everyone, I haven't posted in a while. My doc received my test results showing dysbiosis. Basically an imbalance of yeast/good/bad bacteria. They found a bacteria called pseudomonas aeruginosa and a overgrowth of group d enterococcus. I'm also on a treatment for H. pylori. I looked up these organisms on the internet and don't like what...
