We use the orange cheese powder from the bulk section of the super market and use rice instead of noodles my son loves it, get a foreman grill we cook homemade chicken nuggets right on the grill for a quick meal, also try braking up bar-b-que pototoe chips in the gluten-free flour and bread with that makes them taste really good, for burgers we cook corn...

  6. I agree, we are in the same boat, our nutritionist actually priased McDonalds because they use a separate frier for their french fries. My wife and I both wrote the company we were beyond furious with them.

  9. We have actually been giving my son Slim Fast as his bed time drink to increase his calories and vitamin intake, plus he loves the chocolate milkshake drink. Also he like the Enviro Kids choclate bars, also we get the Quaker rice crisps, I like the apple and my son likes the chocolate.   15. We are extremely diligent in our home and at his pre school and he asks before he eats anything whether it is good for his tummy. Breaks my heart sometimes, but he is really apathetic towards food anyway so it makes it a little bit easier.
