    Not sure on spelling, but its called Vanderbilt Childners Hosptial. The exact name/info is on Megan's page that I liked a few posts back.... 5:56 here... which means two things... first Im gonna be late to work second they are either there, or almost there now.....

    Nope thats schedualed for August 7th, thats been set up for a while, long before this run stuff. I get them twice yearly. They call it a "muga scan" or a "nuclear study" not realy sure what the offical name is, I have it noted in our files somewhere.... BTW OMG its freaking odd when they do it. Its the strangest feeling that defies any description....

    hehe Im a wacko... I checked the last few times I ran... I lose 1 pound of sweat while running! To bad that does not realy count Today I felt much better running and I think I could have gone longer then the 30 so I think wens I'll try 35 at the same 4.0mph.

    Kraft, under the brandname "Milk Bone" makes a soft/chewy dog treat that is found just about everywhere that sells dog food that is gluten-free. My dog loves them at least As for the food, Open Original Shared Link is gluten-free and my dog likes it and is easily findable in most pet stores.

    Ive tried, but I dunno how to look.. how do you find somthign you cant descirbe? Thats like when the dopey teachers told me to look up a word in the dictionary to find out how to spell it ! It never hurts. My wifey gets migrans and they cripple here with pain.

    Hmm... I cant say no to that. It does become much harder to focus (err harder then normal at least... I always have focus issues) I think *sometimes* I gets ummm dots? static? or somthing like that in my vision.
