    Okay so like its realy summer now, and my 90 min walks with my wife in the "cool" even hours are over. I cant take 85 degrees, never mind the 100+ we have been seeing. SO I pulled out my treadmill (and my trusty soddering iron to repair it...) and plan to jog on that for now. This is where I should note I have a heart conditoin.... But this hypoglycmia...

    Thanks all! No one can argue the impact of the diet. It literly saved his life, even the GI doc said all his numbers show it.     Well we had the "IEP" meeting today where they went over the results. If you remember back in Jan/December he was doing poorly and seeming to not improve at all. They retested him in march, and based on those tests he was still significantly delayed, but much improved. Well the newest test results are in, and he is no longer classified as disabled!     OKAY BACK ON TOPIC FOR A MIN (anyone know what the topic is btw? ) So my wife called about the filters in our fridge and after getting passed around to a few ppl who did not know the answer (though one guy said MOST charcole uses coconut husks) they finaly decided to MAIL us the MSDS for the filters so that we can figure it out. So that will be 7-10...

    I have had a few CT scans, and a simluar scan for the heart called MUGA, in fact I have to have the Muga like twice a year. I have not drunk any liquid, but I do the dye. The dye feels freaking ODD when they inject it. But I have never had any other reaction to it.
