  1. I know how you feel about going back to the doctor. I'm on the same boat right now. I'm in the queue for an appointment and I'm dreading every minute of waiting because I might end up with another smug-smiling doctor. A diagnoses might be worth in the long run though. Maybe continue to eat gluten until you get some leverage? Here's what happened to me...
  2. You don't sound ignorant at all. I'm not sure I got it right either, but I think she meant corn syrup, starch, oil and flour.
  3. I am keeping a food journal. Thanks rosetapper and everyone who has been giving me advice. You're very amazing because nothing is pushing you to help the clueless ones on these forums but you always do :-)
  4. You use that mouth wash for you immunity condition? That sounds like a horrible experience. Sorry to hear that xoxoxo I had added citrus back into my diet just a day before the swelling and ate it again on the next days while it was getting worse. This might be the cause. I was never sensitive to clementines or any citrus before going on the gluten free...
  5. My mind was out of it sorry. I read that gum infections are associated with prolonged use of birth control pills not celiac. I took them as medication for 25 years before finding out I could have celiac.
  6. I don't see any that look exactly like mine. They are also in my throat I think because eating and talking hurts. My lymph nodes are also swollen and painful. The sores are only on the gingiva around the lining of my teeth. None of them is as awful looking as the ones on google. They're on both sides of my mouth. The little ones are closer to my front teeth...
  7. I found this article, but it's not free. Is there any chance someone could have access to it or to an article similar to it? Open Original Shared Link It seems that the oral lesions don't have to be itchy for them to be related to DH. I know I'm no expert or anything so please feel free to correct me if what I'm assuming might be the case is wildly...
  8. Rosetapper, I really hope I don't have an immune disease, but I have a question. Did you or your daughter suffer from these ulcers/infections even while using anti-fungal medication? Don't get me wrong but I'm hoping your answer would be yes, as that would explain why I got the ulcers /infection even though I've been treating my gums with anti fungal solutions...
  9. I read the side-effects. I don't think I'm having a reaction to the wash itself. My mouth and throat don't itch at all, unlike the ones in my nose. (I really feel very unattractive whenever I mention those!) Thanks so much for helping me through this pricklypear. I'll post an update if anything helpful comes out of the call tomorrow.
  10. Hahahaha :-D I wonder if he notices you avoid his line. Swedish is not the easiest language to learn sadly.
  11. Ok everyone, I feel very silly but I'm going to post an update anyway. I called a hotline to see if I can get an appointment, and the nurse asked what kindof mouth-wash and gel I used. I checked because I didn't remember the name, and I found that BOTH of them were Corsodyl, which are anti-fungal and not anti-biotic (It is weird that I didn't know what...
  12. Vent as much as you like :-) Have fun with your two friends and don't waste your time on those who don't matter to you. Who cares what they say or think as long as you're happy.
  13. Thank you pricklypear. I'll make my DH pamper me a little extra today :-) You've all been very helpful every single time I've posted.
  14. Sweetie, you shouldn't care. The more you care the more it effects you, and your two good friends. No one else. It won't effect those who are causing your pain.
  15. Yeah there is a hotline. I'm calling them now. Thanks for this advice :-) You're wonderful!
  16. They all almost look alike to me. I don't know what they are. If they are thrush how do I get rid of them? If I stop the antibiotic and my gums are really infected then I'm still in trouble. I only started the antibiotic two days before the white patches showed up.
  17. Thanks for the hug. I really need them. When my DH comes home he's gonna have to provide me with lots of those.
  18. Yes it's always in the back of my head. Perhaps if I weren't so worried about a false negative it would have been a little easier. The problem is that the doctor probably never read about Dr Fassano or his DX.
  19. It is different here but nevertheless also pretty :-) I'm sure you'd enjoy it.
  20. Hahahahaha :-D I was actually thinking of "digging" into the frozen fish coolers at the supermarket when I wrote that!
  21. Hi pricklypear! Sadly my dentist appointment won't be for another three weeks. I don't think it can be thrush because I've been on an elimination diet for the past three weeks. I just recently added clementines two days ago so there is no way the little yeasties could have overpopulated in this short amount of time. Sorry for the grossness! I've only...
  22. I live in Sweden
  23. I'll see what I can dig up :-) Thanks
  24. Yes I agree. I read somewhere on this forum that both CC and iodine together cause a rash problem. The fish is one of the few foods that is soft enough to chew with swollen gums and lymph nodes sadly. I'll have to find something else now.
  25. I sadly can't go out. I need to be working as I'm really really really behind on work. Got a deadline next Friday and I haven't done anything yet. I haven't been able to produce at all lately. I just sit and stare at the screen drawing things that a 5 year old would draw better. Maybe a walk outside like you suggested would help with that though. Thanks...
