    Awww.... I'm glad you're at home now and can get some rest. I'm wondering if its one of the supplements??     YAY miamia...I'm excited for you! I need to schedule one too....I know it would help with drainage. Sorry you've had 2 rough nights. Is the estrogen having any positive affect on you?? It was for appetite right? Is that getting any better?

    Debbie....I agree that there is not enough research and still alot we dont know about autoimmune disease in general. I've thought alot about why some people get better while others do not....or why there sometimes appears to be a "honeymoon" phase once a person goes gluten-free....but then months later many symptoms reappear....additional intolerances...

    I have the same thing....its been there since I got sick....so its been over 4 years now. The only time it improved alot was when I went on a very strict candida diet for 4 months. I didnt have all that pressure anymore during that time. I do have candida and a ton of food/chemical intolerances. For me its not just one thing causing it although treating...

    I dont have any ideas as to whats causing T's pain but I hope she feels better tomorrow. I'm not sure if chlorella could cause that....did you say shes had the pain before?? If she has I wouldnt think its from the chlorella since she just started on that.

    Good for you Judy!! I do hope your Dr. wont give you any grief and just orders the test without you having to search for someone. I'm really glad you're gonna get yourself tested. I always remember you saying you got 4 bulls-eyes...thats always been kind of worrisome to me. I hope you can get some answers for all this suffering you've had...

    Not really....my Western Blots were negative....so were Laura's, Rinne's and Miamia's (although we all had positive bands suggesting Lyme....especially Mia). We all got diagnosed based on additional test results, clinical symptoms, co-infections, etc. But the WB's dont always come back positive even when Lyme is there....depends on production of antibodies...

    I remembered that maybe 3 years before I got sick I was having some cramps in my legs. This was before Tahoe....before my high fever....before break-up #1 and obviously before break-up #2.     Donna, Thanks for asking. I'll have to call Nancy and see if I can get an appt. I definately like strong hands for a massage so I'm not too worried about that. and YAY for taking a day off and treating yourself.

    Yeah...and I dont notice it when I'm typing. Later I was like DANG...that is a REALLY long post!! Oh well...thats how I am...I have to say everything thats on my mind or I dont feel "settled"...I've been that way all my life. I definately dont hold stuff in.

    For all the cd57ers....I was trying to find out what other peoples experiences are....or just anything about the test. Its hard to get any info cuz the test is fairly new and not everyone uses it. I found a long thread on a different board that had some good info but not anything really new that we havent heard.     Some people are continuing to treat Lyme long after all symptoms are resolved.....just staying on treatment until the CD57 count is high enough. So thats the concern I would have about just treating based on symptoms with Lyme being so "stealthy" as Rinne would say. So if anyones Dr.'s are using it.....I would be totally interested to know what kind...

    I guess right now the CD57 results arent really gonna change anything as far as treatment etc. I'm mostly wanting to know how meaningful it is because of the relapse factor. So many people seem to relapse when they stop treatment...from what I've read if the CD57 count is high enough...there is a much better chance for not having to go through it all over...

    I burn alot easier since I got sick. I've always tanned easily but with all the imflammation, fluid retention, toxins, etc....my skin is sometimes more pale and I'll burn pretty easily before I get any kind of tan. It didnt help when I went off gluten...I guess cuz I'm still toxic (like Britney Spears ).

    Laura, I cant wait to hear your results. Are these all re-tests?? You've done all the co-infections previously right?? It'll be interesting to see your Western Blots now that you've been on treatment. I wanna redo my own but I'm not sure when yet. I also wanna see Bevs positive bands....I'm assuming she doesnt have that info yet since she got the results...

    Carla...I agree with everything you wrote. I know that she has gotten completely well on the diet alone and that her answer came from Enterolab. It doesnt make her a "lesser Celiac"....I dont know if she felt that way about what I was saying or not. I thought she was upset because she thinks I'm trying to turn people away from the diet by suggesting...

    Bev...Congrats!!!! Its been a long time coming. Lots of hugs for you for all you've been through. I dont blame you for calling for the results....I did the same. I was forcing the unwilling nurse to tell me. Good that coinfection testing is already planned. The tests arent 100% so even if they're negative you could still have other infections...
