    Nancy...I did not say everyone would still continue to have problems...I said the vast majority who test positive for gluten antibodies through Enterolab still continue to have problems despite the diet.     Respond to the diet as in "I feel a little better"...or respond to the diet as in "I am fully recovered from all symptoms"???? Does he have a percentage for this?? A person with Celiac should have resolution of symptoms once they are completely gluten-free and healed....unless of course they have other issues as well. From what I can tell about those...

    Thanks Patti...I actually have alot of dresses now....just not alot of opportunities to wear them. In my entire 20's you could probably count the times I wore a dress on one hand. I started liking dresses more once I got into my 30's. I was really happy that day. It was a fun b-day....I had to edit my ex out of the pic though.

    Have you been feeling more hungry?? MSG is known to mess with the part of the brain which tells you when you're full and when to stop eating. So yeah...it wouldnt be far-fetched.     Dunno Patti?? I know alot of people react to it....including me. I've read enough bad stuff about it to make me believe its not too good for us. I believe MSG can cause weight gain and I dont think carrageenan is much different.

    Are you sure the milk of magnesia isnt causing you problems?? I would reccomend not taking anything at all for maybe 5 days or so...then add only one thing in...and dont add anything else for 3 days. If there are no problems add something else and wait again for 3 days before anything else. You wont know whats bothering you if there are alot of variables...

    I do not believe that Dr. Fine is running a scam...however, I do not believe that his methods will ever be widely accepted or considered diagnostic of anything.     Good point....eliminating a major source of molds would totally make a difference in how effectively our bodies can fight this stuff. Yeah....I'm gonna eat Wonder Bread to stay healthy!! Does anyone know anything about this brand of cookware??? Its ceramic coated so alot better for you than metals or teflon or anything like that...
