    That made me laugh! I couldnt agree more. Yeah...I'm on the same page as you as far as the doctors go. I just have such bad luck with the mainstream ones and you're right they act as if everyone is exactly the same and if its not written in their textbook then it isnt "real". I just got off the phone with my ex (who is also my best friend).....

    Thanks Floridian, You guys are great...reading your posts made me smile and put some of that positive energy right back into me. The doctors condescending attitude and remarks set me off. It made me feel worse than all the ovary pain I've felt today. It reminded me of how I used to feel every time I went to my HMO. I havent had a really bad experience...

    Well the doctor just called me back right now and she said I have a cyst on each side and a fibroid but they didnt see any fluid leaking out.     I dont normally have a problem w/ water. I drink water all day...just not in massive amounts all at once like I had to yesterday. I also ate alot while I was drinking the water because I was starving and didnt have alot of time between work and the ultrasound. On top of that I couldn't empty my bladder for over an hour so it was alot of pressure....the technician...

    I read the same info about the MSG and leaking blood vessels. Sometimes I have tissue swelling along with the fluid retention but other times just fluid. Thats how it is today...just fluid. I didnt do anything different with my diet since what I've been doing has been working for me. It was after I drank a ton of water for the ultrasound that I started feeling...

    I dont think I'm impacted cuz I've been pretty regular lately...even more than once a day. Even when I was impacted a couple months back I wasnt having pain like what I'm experiencing right now.

    Thanks for the info. Yeah...I've had the pain a long time. When all this first started I was losing alot of hair too. Thats pretty much resolved itself to where I'm not losing tons but it still thins out in the front and then grows back. It goes back and forth this whole time but since its not noticeable I just ignore it. Also I do get more body hair...

    Oh...ok. Thanks. I've always described my pain as being way down low so I guess its probably been my ovaries all along....not my intestines. I only breifly googled the alkaline urine but couldnt find anything to say it was something to worry about. I'll have to look more into it. My other doctor might know something about that...I go see him tomorrow...

    YAY....thats good news...and a big sigh of relief. I was never diagnosed w/ Celiac... gluten intolerant yes but Celiac no. I dont think I could have it cuz I dont have the main genes for developing it but I have 2 gluten sensitivity genes. Even if I got better and could tolerate gluten I dont think I'll be eating any....I dont know if it had any role...

    Thanks Jersey I actually dont know if I've had the cyst a long time or not. I just know I have pain there now whereas before I got sick I never had any kind of pain or cramps...ever. I just only became aware of the cyst when they did the CT scan 2 months ago. Maybe its gone now...or maybe its bigger. Guess the ultra sound will answer that question...

She said mine was larger than most but they cant really tell anything for sure from just the one CT scan that the GI did.
