  2. thank you stacie--i went to webmd and checked out the raynauds site--i have had this for years, usually effecting just one finger at a time--my hands and feet do get very cold--i work in a convience store and when i fill the pop/soda cooler i have to wear gloves to keep my fingers warm--thanks for the link--deb

  4. there arent many foods that i didnt like, but i have noticed that now i can eat many things that i couldnt before----like i have always loved broccoli and cauliflower, but couldnt eat them because of the diarrhea, not that they still arent gassy but at least i can eat them--i couldnt drink orange juice before because of terrible heartburn, now i can drink...
  5. awwwwwww jules, we all feel for you--believe me, i think all of us have days lke this, i know i do--my man can tell you that i do--he knows days where i cry over nothing, i just feel sad all day and there isnt much that makes me feel better until it is out of my system---dont give up, we are all in this together and we will always listen to your problems...

  7. i agree with richard--i had diarrhea for years and years and now that i am gluten-free, i am still very much a coffee drinker--as i have posted before--the one coffee that made me sick was a hazelnut coffee that i got at a gas station/convience store--i use half & half creamer at work cause our coffee is so bitter, but i have read the ingreds on the box...
