I suffered from painful, large, boils on my thighs and buttock for 30 years. I went gluten free 2.5 years ago. I have not had a single boil since completely eliminating the gluten from my diet. I've read on this forum that other people have the same results. You have to get ALL the gluten out of your diet. -

No one commented on this, but I will several years later. I've been gluten free for over 2 years, but kept bloating. I kept removing other food and chemicals out of my diet. You have to consider the degree of how horrible each of us felt to understand that a slight improvement over our health was significant. I can say within a week I was feeling better. Unfortunately, the LaCantera restaurant in San Antonio doesn't understand the importance of gluten free. I ordered gluten-free lettuce wraps, gluten-free pork/beef fried rice and a gluten-free chocolate dessert. I noticed that gluten-free dessert did not contain a gluten free label.
