  1. I am new here. You are right, very right. In my case it was Magnesium deficiency , One Tablet a day, i am very much on track. Thank you for your input.
  2. Hello, I had same symptoms along with many other. Going G/Free , Corn Free helped me lot. I do not sail with Doctors on Celiac , they wasted my 15 years. Best way is go Gluten Free for 3 months and you will find the way forward. Any more info, you are welcome Good Luck

  6. Hello, I am celiac, Gluten free for 6 months , I am 56 now, my hair started to change color as early as 28 and by 45 they were 90% grey or somthing like white/grey . Being Gluten Free it is like 60/40 Black/Gray. They look more healthy. Zinc supplement helped me . staying Gluten free is way out.

  13. It was same in my case little plus minus , being gluten freefor 6 months it is much better , life is back , I can see/feel the colors inlife again . We should feel lucky we know the problem , my Grand father died ofit without knowing what was wrong with him . This will get better and you will gain health- unfortunately it can take time.
