    We really enjoyed the lunch buffet in the newly opened Saffron Restaurant in Middletown, NY. The buffet consists of cucumber salad, lettuce salad, Rasam(Soup), Pakora, Spinach Saag, Veg.     I did not say that they are trying to make the GV line gluten-free, only that they mark it. And as for the ingredient listing on the yogurt, it is just the usual questions-- modified food starch, flavorings, etc.

    As far as I know, Foods by George only makes gluten-free foods in their factory. It's a relatively small place, I've been there myself. Do you have problems with something other than gluten that could be the issue?

    My endocrinologist called me back the other day. Based on the results of the 24 hour urine test, MRI (brain), and CT scan (abdomen), she doesn't see any obvious signs of Cushing's. She did, however, send all my test results and what not to I believe the National Institute of Health in MD to see if they have any ideas. So I guess I'm just a medical mystery...
