I agree with almost everything. I guess I should explained alittle bit more. I know my son is glutten intolerant and we are not going to take him off the diet yet. He responded very well to the diet. Hi my son has been gluten-free since Feb 05 and he is 2 now. My son had severe diahrea with the sandy grainy looking stools. My son also could not tollerate whole milk. We go to a small church about 50-60 people but when Braunson started to have problems our church asked me what snack he could eat. The church went out stocked our nursery with Malt-o-meal Corn Blast. I thought that Kraft foods are supposed to label all modified food starch with wheat ,corn, etc. I went out and bought pudding snacks made by Kraft and they say modified food starch. There are list out there I don't have a website address for it but you other option is to send he meals with her and that way she doesn't get on cross contamination or bad food.
