  1. I use chia seed where I would add to oatmeal and cereal before but now snce I cut those 2 to see how it goes, I'm going to limit it to shakes, they are good and I feel they help considerably.
  2. Guess I could use carrot juice, yuck!
  3. Nope gotta cut dairy too, no way I can have cheese, Lol and I though I was finally doing good with peppers, now should I try cutting them off? Well they don't seem to give me a problem yet. This is frustrating, going gluten free is just not even close to enough. I dont have any of the symptoms of nightshade problems though, just bloating oh and except...
  4. Well so I have completely cut grains and I eat a LOTS more veggies, celeries, pepper sweet potatoes, salad. But now I am trying to find an alternative for my spaghetti sauce, so far I am getting a pretty good diet that makes me feel good every time I eat it but today while having spaghetti sauce I felt a bloating so I am thinking maybe I just ate too much...
  5. No, it is rather much starvation, I have to eat a lot of food every 2 or 3 hours otherwise I get very hungry, had a lots of veggies and some rice with bit of chicken 1hour and a half ago and I could eat the same portion all again, now considering finish my jar of peanut butter too. Edit: Nvm that it's gone I ate it and of course now I feel like crap,...
  6. So I've been wondering this for quite some time, I know us who are celiac and recently discovering it tend to get malabsorption and probably need a lot more vitamin then common people but how much is too ok? I know taking too much of vitamin A can create all short of problems and since I am going with a lot more veggies now and specially sweet potatoes that...
  7. Also I been having an incredible difficulty breathing, this is really ridiculous it's as bad as if I had asthma, that has only gotten worse.
  8. I been using almond milk, no cow milk and honey for sweetener.
  9. Last night i had a quite a few plums and felt bloated for 3 hours, now i had only 3 with some spaghetti sauce and my COLON get bloated, what the hell? Also, can fruits get cross contamination too and how common is it if yes. This really suck, about a week ago i was finally getting better, more energy no more bloating, could drink milk, last night...
  10. I am constantly hungry, the only thing that really feels me up is rice, noodles and bread. I ate about 11 plum with 3 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil 2 hours ago and still feel intensely bloated and been starving this whole time. No matter how many fruits or veggies I eat I'll be hungry. i ate half a jar of peanut butter the other day and I could have...
  11. This is scary, how the hell can Cross contamination be so bad, you are ingesting a insanely tiny amount of gluten, eating it would be in such a bigger proportion. I don't get how cross contamination can be so bad, specially after healing has been done.
  12. I don't see why indulge yourself pain when clearly you can't tolerate it.
  13. So since every celiac seems to have another intolerance, grains, dairy, soy etc... and they only seem to realize it months down the road, I was wondering how I could just avoid this process right now and figure out what other things I could be intolerant to. It's easy when you feel bad after eating something but isn't there are intolerances that only show...
  14. I haven't been tested for anything but today I can confirm that I am either celiac or gluten intolerant as I was glutened, yup I was brought to a restaurant and you know what they put on that food, gluten gluten and more gluten, felt bad for about 3 hours. I.m ok now. I hope this doesn't make it so much worse in the short term, i hear people feeling bad for...
  15. So I have been 100% Gluten Free ever since July and have been trying to be 2 weeks before that with little gluten occurrence and I literally was getting an increase in my energy level. yet not I am beyond extremely exhausted like if I am actually dying. At this point my energy is to its lowest it has ever been in my life, even walking has because difficult...
  16. I eat the same thing every day with barely any modifications and I was thinking that to maximize the results of going Gluten-Free I should combine this with eating right for my blood type but it seems as doing this while avoiding gluten is just incredibly challenging. Some stuff going as far as coconut oil being bad for anyone but some things really make...
  17. One thing that strike my mind is the All Natural Peanut butter, it is very thick like rock and can be even hard to eat as it feel like a giant paste with lots of oil in it and unlike regular butter, it is very soft and also much easier to swallow. With all natural one I need a lot of water to swallow it properly unlike regular which cause no difficult on...
  18. I started trying the All Natural Peanut Butter to ensure it was gluten-free but it always gives me gaz and it seems as if the more often I eat it the worse it gets, yet it only happens when I eat All-Natural Butter ,doesn't matter if it's peanut or almond butter or any other nuts. I tried other brands in the past before and I felt the same. I never had any...
  19. Thank you, you guys mentioned great tips. I have not been officially tested for celiac or thyroid, my doctor said I might have a gluten intolerance because in the past I had a gluten reaction from heating wheat cookies and had to eat for the pain to go away. I doubt he would even bother to get me tested and if I get to feel a lot better in the long run why...

I am 23 years old, had chronic constipation about 2 years ago and always felt lack of energy, I been doing exercise 2 to 5 times a week for the past 2 years my body looks healthy but it really is not, I have also been having hey fever for as long as I can remember. I definitevely want to buy more meat but then it is pricy specially organic one, not everyone...
  21. Hello, I am a new member and this is my first post. About 2 months ago I started feeling really bad, muscle spasm, low energy, constipation, constant never ending hunger and frequent nausea along with many other things. Now I have been trying to be Gluten-Free for about 2 to 3 weeks except occasional times, beer made from barley malt and a wheat wrap and...
