People spend more time sleeping than cooking and eating combined but I bet don't worry about it when they see a sleep ad on tv.   8. I was diagnosed in May 2005 via a biopsy. It took me about four months of eating 3 meals a day to gain back 20 pounds. My wife and I converted our home to gluten-free right away.
