    HI I'm 65 and dx'd 3 years ago in June. Many other food intolerances and other issues. Lost 60 #'s over these past years. It seemed no matter what I did I couldn't loss weight before this.     I'm so sorry to hear about your first container problems and now this. i wish i could help.     hi Susie Q well I've had it 2 days and used it 3 times. ditto Sande.......only good meats before but it says you can do sausage etc as it's preheating and then finsh with the rest of the items. nope don't pre cook veg etc. tip......but off line and DON'T CALL AND ORDER IN A FRENZY WHILE WATCHING TV.     I tried the hash browns, eggs, ham, onion and smidgen of grated cheese. it was so good. made 2 and re heat the other one tomorrow for breakfast. so 2 good successful experiences so far. judy
