    hi i had a colonoscopy done and it didnt show celiac disease either infact my celiac disease is so far in a corner in my small intestine that the camera cant get that far over but on a ct scan its shows it up liz

    hi they took my gallbladder out it was one of many surgeries i had to find out why i had the big d each day, but it didnt help just made more complications now i cant eat any fatty foods as i get gastritus. i wished they had left mine alone.

    hi ihave the ame problem when i go shopping and i have to walk by all the baked goods ise my nose runs and i sneeze you would think i had a cold but as soon as o leave the store i am fine again. also just so u know the nexium as gluten in them. i was taking them also but now on acifex instead which are gluten free

    hi all my gastro doc told me to eat plenty of plain yogart as this is good for the intestines, not the fruit ones as they full of sugar. what i need help with is sour cream the same as plain yogart or is it made a different way. i cant find anything on the cartons to see how its produce does anyone know thanks

    i have swollen joints in my jaw too and ear ache to go with it but since gong gluten free its slowley getting better. and so are my other joint pains. it takes time for your body to adjust and heal. why are you eating gluten on a weekend u really need to stick to it 100% to feel the benifits liz

    hi i will try them as i just tryed the bread mix of theirs and was delighted with the finish product i just enjoyed my breakfast with toast and jam . a change from cerals everyday

    hi all i got my help from the gluten free bible and i also down loaded the food and drug list from this web site which as over 4000 food items on and it help me no end , i found things i could eat cheaper than just the ones that state they are gluten free. .like newmans pasta sauce and emerils also. hope this helps liz
