Hi there, the name is Shelby. I am a recently diagnosed Celiac, age 22. I'm still trying to learn the ropes of this disease, so that's how I found my way here. I'm just a little bit sassy, IÂ can sort of use chop sticks, and I'm impartial on the debate of green eggs and ham.
