  1. Hi Everyone, I'm back. Basically I decided to just stick with it. The best news is that I was struggling with GERD and it seems to be going away, and really after my initial whinge i soon got into the swing of things, I just didnt want to go back to eating normally in order to have the test done, and I am glad I didnt, as I feel really good.

Thanks everyone...I found some Hunts tomato paste in the supermarket so I think I will be okay with that..I'm in Costa Rica, some labelling is in Spanish, so its a bit tricky...another question if I may,I looked online for info but not sure as two different opinions...can I use Achiote Paste or not...

  12. Hi, thank you that's very kind of you to post that..I did manage to pick up some Organic Pacific Oean consommes so I will give those a try..I don't suppose you know what is a good thickening agent, in the past I have always used flour or cornflour to thicken soups but I guess that out now.

Hi Folks, I am English but live in Costa Rica, and so it is sometimes quite tricky reading the labels for Gluten free products..I have only been Gluten Free for about a week and so I am on a learning curve...I have been using Maggi Consome concentrado in my food in the past but it all has Gluten...So I need to find something else to use, I will be visiting...

  17. Hi Folks, I realize that lager contains Gluten, and I need to purchase Gluten free lager, but I was wondering if anyone would know if Paderborner Pilsener is Gluten Free, it states it is very pure...
