    Thanks folks, I think I will just have to order some gluten-free Maize flour online in future to be on the safe side. Its a bit annoying though as I had recently started eating tortillas with chopped banana for breakfast in place of my usual 2 eggs but I think I have developed an allergy to eggs, not sure yet, but it is looking that way and the gluten...

    Good topic! I need to purchase some hand cream, but I need something that has absolutely no smell whatsoever, free of perfume, and so if any of the above fit the bill I would be interested to know as I have been using Vaseline.

    Hi there! I made myself a Maize tortilla, and looking on the packet it appears everything is fine, but then I read a recipe somewhere where it stated they used gluten-free Maize flour! so now I am a little confused..are some people concerned about cross contamination and that's why they need to purchase it gluten-free.

    Everything I order is shipped to Miami Florida first, and then it is shipped to Costa Rica, and so I can be waiting a couple of weeks, sometimes longer, it doesn't bother me really, its like Christmas time every month!, I order a lot from Amazon.

    I had a look on Amazon and it seems "Taste of the Wild" is very popular..is that the one you use BM? I do like to feed my dogs "normal food" sometimes too, like liver or chicken, which they love, as I always wonder what actually goes into dog food.

    Yes....but I buy everything on Amazon so its not too bad, and so I am just waiting for it to arrive, its like three times the price of what I usually spend, but I don't really care, and it should taste lovely.

    Yes thank you, your both right..I feel better about it today ha ha! I will look at page 17. I received some new coconut oil the other day and it seems really good, and so I can use that instead of the butter...I cant make pizza yet as pizza is no good without cheese, and I cant have that...I really need to find a good recipe and try making my own cheese...

    I believe that most Dove shampoo products are Gluten free, and so their leave in conditioner may well be the same, you would have to check to be sure though.

    "I think lipsticks are definitely to be avoided" I Just saw this and of course I don't mean that, in fact I don't know what I mean, I must have just worded it all wrong lol! I must say I do prefer to select a lipstick in a store rather than buy online, due to the colour difference.

    I think it just makes sense to do that if you can find it where you live and its not too expensive. I have three dogs and they often like to push their noses into my hand for attention, and so of course I am paranoid about washing my hands whenever I touch them, and the last time I had to feed them I put on a mask which seemed a bit over the top to other...

    Life would be simpler if cosmetic houses could just list a few products that are definitely gluten-free......but its never going to happen, I know that. Its interesting that Channel say their stuff is Gluten free...I will look further into that I think. I think lipsticks are definitely to be avoided, but recently when I applied Cliniques Dramatically...

    Hubby had pizza with my daughter..I had what was left over from lunch, which was the most delicious bone soup, with lots of vegetables and I put some rice into the mix to fill me up...for pud I chose one of my home made ice creams Strawberry!!! Very nice indeed.

    Yep I think your right!..it all comes down to money. I feel okay with this though, and I'm glad I asked because I have been using Heinz tomato sauce, which is not great for cooking with.
