  1. Hi Anna, I too had anxiety as a symptom of gluten/dairy. I had so much relief after ditching them but it didn't go completely too. My anxiety stopped me to the point of not be able to get out of the house. After 3 years I am still in shock that food is to blame, doctors would tell me I had an anxiety disorder and recommend all sorts of medication, but...
  2. Try it. You have to find the right diet for you. Health is so important. Before I didn't even know what health was, it took me getting severely ill to realise I was ill before. Then getting on track with healthy proper foods to realise what health was. I used to think with everyday random headaches you could pop a paracetamol like most people do, without...
  3. Me. Long story short. I did an elimination diet. Found out my intolerances but found my only symptom left to fight off was severe acid reflux (tight throat, mucus feeling, fatigue, even anxiety) ! I found out in the end it was due to sugar. I did a leaky gut diet. After a week I had never felt so great. The acid reflux that plagued me for several months...

But to heal up your intestines/gut you must remove other things etc. I get ill from sugar after a certain amount of time because your body cannot cope and it feeds the bad bacteria in your gut. Because your gut is damaged it cannot cope. I have to have probiotics...
  6. Ohh yes. When you go gluten free you are not actually treating the celiac disease. Look up candida and leaky gut. When we have damaged guts we have to remove other factors like sugar which feeds bad bacteria. When celiac is left untreated it can develop further problems. I can't eat gluten, all grains, dairy, sugar, yeast etc. And I'm improving alot. Only...
  7. Hi, I might be able to help. After removing gluten from diet I still was very ill and had continuous flare ups. It wasnt until I actually treated the celiac disease I got a whole lot better. You need to heal the damage. I got better after doing a food intolerance diet and a Candida diet (which I'm still doing, it can take years to heal up...
