  2. AmandaD do u drink the soy milk from Starbucks? just curious... I have and don't have a problem with it and there are no gluten ingredients but of course Starbucks will not say whether it is gluten free.
  3. yes should be no problem at all. I actually drink their handcrafted mochas almost every day. there are no gluten ingredients in them and they are yummy! diagnosed celiac 35 years. I love Starbucks! enjoy!
  4. i am 7 months pregnant and take stuart prenatals which are gluten free and over the counter. they have over 100% of daily recommended value for folic acid and 100% of the Vit A comes from beta carotene which is safe and then you dont have to worry about the Vit A derived from retinol. good luck!!!
  5. No, the Duet Dha are made by the same company as the Stuart Prenatal. The difference is Duet Dha has dha and more folic acid than the stuart prenatal.
  6. Yes. there products are great. Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals makes Stuart and Duetdha. I take their OTC, Stuart Prenatal, it is the same as DuetDha, but the stuart has a little less folic acid and no dha. I take Expecta for my DHA supplement.   7. I take Stuart Prenatal vitamins. They are OTC, a bit expensive, but gluten free. They contain corn gluten which is safe. Their Vit A is source is 100% beta carotene and they have over 100% of all vitamins we need during pregnancy besides calcium. So far so good. I am 17 weeks pregnant and have been taking them for 5 months or so...

  10. i have used buitoni brand in the past and they said it was gluten-free, and they list allergens

  16. I eat Kedem brand Gefitle fish. It does not have matzah meal and is pretty good!
