  1. I'm 11 yrs diagnosed and if I get glutened I puke like there's no tomorrow. Once it's all out I feel great but if I don't throw up, I suffer for days...to the point of having to go to the emergency room. I'm 52 yrs old and also going through menopause so none of this is fun for me. If I eat something and 2 hours later I feel nauseous; I have a bag or bucket...
  2. Hi George, I wonder if that is what is wrong with me. I've had a pain/pressure on my right and left side. Just below or behind the bottom rib. The right side has been hurting since Sep. With numerous testing they have found nothing. I get diarrhea attacks a couple of times a year that last about 1 month but usually I'm constipated. They finally said...
  3. I have celiac (diagnosed in 2006) and just was told I have idiopathic IBS with constipation. I take the lowest dose of linsess but it still gives me diarrhea. I've been taking it every other day and that works well. If the magnesium citrate doesn't work you could ask your doc for linsess. I had an allergy test a couple of years ago and wasn't allergic...
  4. I prefer edible candy. I have glaucoma and celiac so it helps me on a daily basis for all of my medical problems. I wish I could find a strain that has laxative effects so I didn't need linsess. Leafly.com has a lot of strain information and cannabist is a good resource, too. You can use CBD or THC and not get 'stoned'. I function fine on 20 mg of the candy...
  5. I never was a very sick person until I was diagnosed. Now I wish I would catch the common cold instead of all the intestinal issues I have. I don't get the flu either. I can't remember the last time I was non celiac related sick. Except for menopause, but that's another book for another day.
  6. I hope they can find out what it is. Mine crusted over once I started using the cream (mometasone furoate) and eventually flaked away. I get oozing from my small patches, too. Let me know what you find out. Good luck.
  7. I had patches like that on the back of my neck. Doc gave me a steroid cream and told me it was eczema and sent me on my way. The cream worked and now I only get small patches here and there. I've been diagnosed Celiac for 10 yrs and that happened after 2 years gluten free.
  8. I've eaten apples my whole life and about 2 yrs ago (been gluten-free since '06) for some reason apples made me sick. I can have 1/4 of an apple with no problem. My kids would get diarrhea from apple juice as children and now we all are sickened from cider, raw apples, etc. Onions and garlic are in the same family but they don't cause a reaction in any of...
  9. Check the vinegar. Some rice wine vinegar has wheat in it or barley????
