    Alright Sillies another shame going to come out of my mouth.....Tonight my neighbor below and I hit the gym we have at the complex here.....I am sooo out of shape (so is she) but honestly after 10 minutes I was dying...we are going to go 5 days a week though so in the spring we will be in lots of shape...I can see it hurting tomorrow!     This was the first I have ever seen it listed this way either....but seeing as it says wheat I am going to stay away from it. As long as they keep the Cadbury Mini Eggs gluten free.....once they use gluten in those We will have LOTS of problems.

    I am in the same boat as you, location wise. The new stores they are building are Targets or things like that. We just got a Wegmans in the fall. Thankfully I had been to other ones. But the nearest Whole Foods or Trader Joes is near Philly which is almost 2 hours from me depending. I have been to Whole Foods in Baltimore before, the parking was horrible...

    Well Sillies, I am home and exhausted. We picked up my sister and the baby and then we went skiing. With their foot of new snow it was all powder, but only 8 degrees. We skiied from 5-9 without coming into the lodge. We did do some expert runs but not the runs that had moguls which neither of us enjoy. For my sister and her arthritis it is very difficult...
