    I want to give a big THANK YOU to everyone that help me with my school project. So far I have finished my outline and have done my oral presentation and received 20/20. Besides getting a good grade it's really great to educate all my fellow students and teachers that have never heard of celiac. Thank you Kim

    I'm in Long Beach. I've been watching for the Pizza Fusion to open in either Santa Monica or Dan Diego. I prefer Glutino's pizza to Amy's. Glutino's doesn't have a grainy after taste like Amy's.

    My daughter is doing a school project on Celiac and I was wondering if a few people would help her out and just answer a question for her.     I've used about all the mixes there are and my favorite is 'Made by Mona' pancake mix. I make myself a batch and then freeze them in separate baggies and then reheat them in the microwave each morning and they still taste great. The other mixes I've tried are good for the first day but they don't reheat very well. I have served these pancakes to my family...

    Since going gluten-free 3 years ago I have done a lot of traveling. Most times without trouble but a couple of times my gluten-free requests got lost in the shuffle and they weren't ready for me. I have learned to bring some of my favorites items with me just in case. The 2 cruises where they lost my requests they were willing to use my prepackaged items...

    I love 'Made by Mona' Irish Soda bread mix. I do prefer it toasted like most gluten-free breads. If I don't have time to make bread I use the Kinnikinnick's sandwhich bread. I also love the Made by Mona's pancake mix. My family can't tell the difference between them and regular pancakes! and they freeze really well. Debby
