  1. I agree Rachel, very cute shoes. I would also say jeans. Of course jeans are my answer to everything I love jeans! And I would think they are fall/winter colder weather shoes, but what do I know? They wear the boots in summer with mini skirts these days. I am so NOT on top of fashion. Carla, how is Morgan?? Isn't that funny how tights/leggings...
  2. I agree Matilda.
  3. I know people swear by them, which is something I don't understand how are these plastic things so comfortable??? Please explain. Is it special plastic?? I can't help but think of another plastic shoe fad, jellies Those had to be the worst!
  4. I understand your frustrations miamia. Even though I have seemed to make some progress with my angioedema, I still have multiple food sensitivites to deal with- and I can't just eat anything. And when I really think about it, it sucks. It makes me sad. It makes me angry! The more I cut out it seems the less and less I have to choose from, and then it...
  5. Hi Nikki! I will go read about your trip as soon as I finish posting. Carla is right, the original are called Crocs, and they are EVERYWHERE. Very ugly, but everyone swears they are so comfortable. About your son, can you work with the school, the clubs, the care takers, everyone that has access to him, and educate them about a gluten-free diet...

  8. Will post more tomorrow...... ...just wanted to say Donna I am so sorry you have been in so much pain. Hang in there I'll check in tomorrow to see how you are doing.
  9. Hi Lynne, I really appreciate you sharing your tattoo knowledge and experiences with me. It is always so helpful to hear other's stories. I have decided I should probably take the next step and at least research places and artists as you, and everyone else, have suggested.
  10. Drive by post for me this evening guys, had a busy day and am tired. I will try to read up and post more tomorrow. Just wanted to say Stephanie I am so glad to hear you had such a positive appt. and good feedback on your sons health, that is great news Good to see you back in Rachelville Beverly And I second what Andrea said, brag away...
  11. Thanks Andrea and Patti, but so far so good, knock on wood Since I started the low histamine diet the last 2 reactions on a scale of 1-10, as far as pain and severity go, the first one was about a 4 and this last one was a .5 Considering they were about a 15 every month on that scale for 3 1/2 years I would say that is a miracle. Thanks...
  12. Hi miamia! How are you doing? Is your iron high or low? I was just curious given you said you eat so much spinach and I didn't know if that had any effect on blood levels or not. Keep us posted on your results. Rachel hasn't posted her results, that I know of and yes, you are right she did mention a couple of different times she had some scientificness...
  13. Thanks pinkpei for your input and information, very helpful Great picture of you and your husband, and your spelling is fine. I am still on the fence, I found something I really love, just worried because I am highly reactive and breakout very easily- even to acupuncture needles at times, so I'm thinking a tattoo might not be the best idea
  14. Susan, it's ok. Thanks for straightening that out! Andrea- Very excited for you as you start school today Will miss you, look forward to your drive by posts Welcome back Nikki!! Look forward to hearing about your trip
  15. Me too, very worried, it's been so long for you to feel so yucky
  16. Hi Leah I don't know, is something wrong with my avatar??
  17. I'm so glad your first day is going well Morgan. I was always nervous the first day too, with each class, until I got myself there and situated- I think that's quite normal Carla- what can we do to get you better?? Patti- Yeah, that "denial" aspect gets us everytime, doesn't it The more I thought about it, and went back over everything...
  18. Donna, How is your jaw/mouth doing today?? Any better? Hang in there and hopefully you will get some relief soon. Let us know how your appt goes and what they decide. Hugs!! side note- I had all my mercury fillings taken out years ago, it's one of the first things I did when I started getting sick.
  19. I hope you stay too Carrie Patti- Thanks for your input about my break-out, I really appreciate your thoughts and suggestions I have taken fish oil before and not had a problem, this is just the first time I have done pure cod liver oil. I unfortunately, and I'm a little in denial about it because I wanted it to work, suspect the make-up. As I...
  20. Hi Tavi! Oh no, do you think it can be the make-up?? What are the odds, I must be the only one that breaks out from the Bare Minerals, a make-up that is suppose to clear your skin up Hi Andrea - I use Carlson Cod Liver Oil
  21. Stephanie, I am definitely thinking positive thoughts for you and your son Best of luck with the appt tomorrow and please keep us posted. Hi Carrie! You look gorgeous in your picture, and your dress is fabulous! Sounds like such a pretty place you got married My face is breaking out, what is that all about?? It hasn't broken out forever...
  22. Hi hiveman, So sorry you have had such a terrible and lengthy angioedema breakout, even worse that you haven't gotten any help from the medical community. I have been doing some research about the connection between dietary histamine and angioedema/uticaria and found this: "Urticaria and angioedema symptoms result primarily from the physiological...
  23. Good afternoon Rachelville, This is as deserted as I have ever seen it a very sad sight... Tavi, if it's any consolation I am completely in the dark over what you posted , but I tend to miss most everything and be a little on the oblivious side! I also want to say that I enjoy the B Girls conversations, you guys have a great mother/daughter...
  24. Chels, thanks for the information you added, very thorough , and very helpful. Thanks for sharing your experiences kabowman, I was encouraged by the fact that you did fine with your tattoos even though you are so sensitive to everything as well. Then I read tiff and jule's experiences, yikes! Double yikes . Now I am leaning...
