    At first glance I thought that link said "demon braces" That shouldn't be too bad, hopefully it will go fast for you. When I was younger I had to have braces, twice, my teeth kept shifting, the little devils. Not fun, but I got through it.

    I used to do tons of liver/gall bladder flushes, juice fasting cleanses, etc..........further stressing my body out . I try to do simple things now, eat lots of vegetables, good quality protein and fat sources, drink lots of good quality water, get lots of rest, some gently yoga....
