    Many doctors say you don't have celiac if you don't have a positive biopsy. One problem with this is they don't biopsy the whole intestine and damage can be in various spots throughout. If you have positive bloodwork and are satisfied with that then go gluten free and never look back. You have a problem with gluten if your bloodwork was positive.

    As far as I know the blood tests would be pretty unreliable. Maybe if you had numbers that were really bad they would be low, but I wouldn't think it would be worth it.     Hope it goes well for you. I'll be looking for updates. I knew that. I don't want to put her through the test with my doctor if she doesn't really need it. They do do different metal removal stuff up there though. I couldn't even begin to remember what exactly she said. I'd never heard of it before though, I CAN tell you that.

    I can just see myself driving up there half asleep. According to mapquest it's almost 2 1/2 hours from here.     Ok, I made an appointment with Dr. Elizabeth for Talitha at the end of the month. We have to leave the house by 6:30 and we don't usually get up until 7:30-8:00.
