    Dr. Sheehan (I think that is the name) is Amy's partner. Sounds like she's spent a lot of time with Klinghardt as well. Have you heard anything about her? She has a website with the Bellevue clinic listed as well as a Spokane clinic (Eastern WA). Didn't find any website for just the clinic with both listed. Dr. Klinghardt's site lists both of them though...

    Ok, so how high is a high protein diet. Normal for adults seems to be 50-70 or so. I'd love it! The program on this site scrunches everything together, rather annoying isn't it?

    I'd call the pharmacy to see if anything in the generic meds could be the problem. Is this generic new? Do you normally not have the generic brand? Some people don't do well with generics.

    I'm very concerned about you too Lisa. I just don't know what to offer for help. If your father was willing to foot the bill to see Dr. Klinghardt we'd open up our home to you though. He's (his clinic) about 3 hours north of us. Also Dr. Amy that Rachel sees down in Cali is about 3 hours north of us.

    We use Nutrition Now Rhino Chewable Calcium. It does say for 4 years and up. We've used the soft chews (also by nutrition now) but those have soy so we don't use them anymore. I believe they are ok for younger children. I would think even one chewable would be fine if it was crushed up for a younger child. You could contact the company. They got...

    If you have a positive biopsy you have celiac. There is no way around that one. As far as other tests, it depends on what they are looking for. You don't need a celiac panel since the biopsy is the gold standard for diagnosis to most doctors. Definately go gluten free and if symptoms don't improve (could be quickly or more slowly) then look into other...

    I was vegetarian or vegan for 7 years. I didn't have a problem going back to meat thankfully. I have heard that if you crave sweet things it could be that you're not eating enough protein. I think part of that depends on how much sweets you've been inclined to eat but I find I'm more satisified if I have more protein. I don't know that that counts...

    I would love that! We have Dr. Klinghardt and Dr. Amy over here. They are about 3 hours from us. I hope you can get your tests done so they are ready for your appointment. That sounds like a great idea! I hope you'll post your liver test results.....or pm/email them.
