    ANDREA, you don't have to have celiac disease or gluten intolerance to have a B-12 deficiency. It's an autoimmune disease, separate from any other autoimmune disease. Maybe you should get re-tested. If you have it, you have to take shots the rest of your life. Cissie

    CARLA, please DO get a B-12 test! If you need B-12, you probably would need a lot more than what you've been taking sublingually, at least at first.
