    Ok. I found the absolute coolest weird strappy sandals things. And at Ross, so 20 bucks! :D :D My feet are so screwed up that usually I'm lucky if I find something for under a 100.

    :lol: It's just such a rare occurrence, both the shopping for shoes, and finding them. I needed some for my interview, and found a bonus pair!

    I didn't read it that way, but even if I had, I don't think it would have been inappropriate. I think you need to see/hear all kinds of viewpoints in order to truly understand your own.

    I forgot to pass on that Lyle's feeling better. He bit my calf this morning (no mean feat, considering the size of my calfs), and did his little *woof* meow to ask to go out. Which didn't work, but the calf biting did net him some treats.

    oh who invented work anyway?? want to stay home and lounge with Lyle in bed. He's claimed his spot, next to the open window where, if anything exciting happens he can open one bleary eye and say 'hey'. actually this kinda describes me at work, so maybe going in isn't so bad.

    Did you change out your pans? I glutened myself for a while with instant mashed potatoes, until I bought new pans.

    Next time I get a major owie I'm asking the vet for whatever she gave Lyle. It's obvious that his paw still hurts, but he soooooo doesn't care.

    Yes, testing is easy and painless, but it teaches you absolutely nothing. You may learn you have a form of a gene that 30% of the (Caucasian) population has. Then what? This gene neither causes, nor prevents Celiac disease, it's just associated with it.
