    I can do small amounts of soy oil (like soy lecithin in salad dressing) but any protein at all and I'm toast. Corn I can eat ~1 tortilla every couple weeks. I use this up also in salad dressing that has corn syrup. Dairy I do fine with Most of what I eat I make.

    If your crockpot was really full, it would take longer. The recipe doesn't say what size crockpot. If the person had a 6Qt (for example) and it was only half full, her recipe would have cooked more quickly.
