    I did everything that Patti told me to do I brought my own crackers for taking pills with and some broth. The hospital cafeteria was a "call and order food when you want it" type and when I called to order my watery rice cereal the person on the other end said "...gluten..., soy..., corn...ok, you can eat this"

    Oh sure, now I'm up and everyone else is asleep. No fun being a morning person. Not much luck shopping yesterday. Everything is still too expensive (well, the winter clothes that I need. You can get all the shorts you want for just a few dollars). Oh well. I suppose I'll get the warm clothes next spring Hi Lynne!!

    sq ft blackberries cleared: ~20 sq ft nettles cleared: same deck and front porch: swept outdoor furniture: put away now, as promised (self to self) going shopping ☺ Ok, I didn't shampoo the carpet, so technically not all the chores are done, but even if I don't go shopping I'm way to tuckered to womanhandle a carpet cleaner.

    Putting in a sunroom. Great guy. Pointed out that if I wanted a glass roof I should buy a prefab one because putting skylights or glass panes in could be leaky. Tossed around ideas. Told him I only wanted to pay about half of what it'll cost so then he threw out some different ideas. Said "great" on me doing some of the work (if there's any I can do...

    Fabulous walk this morning. I have felt like crap for so many years I'd forgotten how beautiful the world is. Here's a poll for y'all. At what indoor temperature do you start using the heat? My house is at 57, but I plan to go work outside as soon as the contractor shows up to talk about my sunroom, so I haven't turned it on.

    Brief vent. Went to my dermatologist. 9am appt, should be the first of the day, right? The assistant takes me to a room about 9:10 and says "Just so you know, he's not here yet. But he'll be here in 10 or 15 minutes." Excuse me???? I have to show up on time to my job! (OK, I don't, but just for arguments sake...). So asked if this is common? Today...

    Ummmmm... You're the mom. Do what you think. Seriously. If you feel that certain foods are a problem, keep them away from your daughter. You can always deal with retesting when she's older, if you aren't sure. You may find that her reactions to certain foods are so obvious that you don't need testing.

    Mornin' all. Did much better this week. No potato chips were harmed. Only did morning exercises on Monday, but I walked up the hill to work every day and down, but downhill doesn't really count as exercise. Also have been getting off the bus a 1/2 mile early on the way home. This'll change as rainy season hits, but I'll do it as long as I can. ...
