    Actually I'd like to point out that chronic inflammation anywhere is associated with an incresed risk of cancer. So if you eat dairy and it gives you intestinal troubles, you might want to assume that there is some associated inflammation with it.

    I think it depends on why you're dairy free. If it's casein, then no. If its something else, than maybe, you'll just have to try it.

    I've used it for all three purposes. I like it for an eyeliner, and I use it for dark eyeshadow in th crease of my eyelid. You have to start at the corner of your eye and pull towards your nose so you get the darkest bit in the corner. Then I kind of smudge it up and maybe dust finishing powder over my eyes if it's a little too dark.

    ooooohhh, that's my problem! Seriously though, I think my body has recovered from its little food roller coaster and I'm down three pounds. Not quite the ten I was stamping my foot about earlier, but hey, I have 40 years or so to lose this. May as well do it slowly and consistently. food - boring 3 fruits for breakfast 1 can progresso chicken...

    I have: silk dust mint concealer sunlight concealer (over a cream concealer under my eyes) foundation (fair and medium kinda mixed together) corner office blush new car smell on eyes to look like I'm not wearing anything!!

    Whoever suggested using the new car smell as an eyeshadow - fabulous!! Works perfect for casual friday. I also brushed a bit into my eyebrows to complete the 'autumn' color scheme.

    I didn't do testing. Someone suggested gluten to me, I stopped eating it, felt amazing, and never looked back.

    Love it. dust it on lightly mixed with mint (mixed together in the lid) or just by itself. It seems to make the next layer of foundation soooooo much nicer
